Lower-tier club Nkoranza Adehyea FC have set sight on clinching all points from Afranchoman FC this weekend.

Adehyea FC who are trading in the country’s third-tier competition are hoping to continue their winning streak when they play as guest to Afranchoman FC at the Nana Ohene Ameyaw park on Saturday, having set the pace in their zone from the commencement of the competition.

Nkoranza Adehyea FC have been plotted in Techiman Zone B of the 2020/21 Brong Ahafo Regional FA Division two league.

The outfit have secured three out of three (3/3) wins. Thus recording three wins in all three games played in the zone, becoming the best team with a hundred per cent record and the team with best defensive record having conceded just two goals, scoring 7 goals along the line.

Ahead of their clash against Afranchoman FC, the entire team is poised to stun the homers for a handsome reward of three maximum points to boast their qualification to the middle League as first timers.

They beat Techiman Young Stars 2-1 to set the pace running from their league opener. Kwabre Stars were used as a whipping tool when they were whitewashed 4-1 with another deserving victory against Tuobodom United, 1-0.

Public Relations officer for Nkoranza Adehyea FC Atom Bless said; “As always we are aiming for the three points, we wish we could score three goals in each game to move with the three points”The team though is a new side but they are poised to make history”.

“We want to top the group first then look out for middle League berth and probably qualify as first timers”.

“This week we are facing Afranchoman FC all we hoping for is to continue our winning streak”, he concluded.

Currently, Nkoranza Adehyea FC are top of Techiman Zone B with 9 points, three points adrift De Godwin FC who are second on the league standing.
