Bibiani Gold stars after emerging as Zone Tow champions has secured top-flight football next season and hence look to augment their squad ahead of a debut campaign.
Head Coach Kobina Amissah look to add up to the team’s firepower with the pursuit for Ansu Patrick as the club already have a reliable goal poacher in Isaac Sacky who scored 18 to win the top scorer award.
According to a report by Wontumi Sports, Gold Stars are in advance talks with Berekum Arsenal for their captain and marksman who had a phenomenal season.
The former Mpuasuman United striker was involved in 21 goals out of 30 games he featured for his side in the Ghanaian second-tier league. However, his 14 goals and 7 assists were not enough to secure top-flight football for Berekum Arsenal as they finished second runner-up in the Zone behind winners Real Tamale United and second place Bofoakwa Tano.
