Hearts of Oak defender, Caleb Amankwah has said his teammate Kofi Kordzi as his toughest opponent he has faced during in his career.
Caleb Amankwa said during his time at West African Football Academy (WAFA), he was having problems facing a striker like Kofi Kordzi who was at Accra Hearts of Oak at that time.
“The toughest opponent I have played against is Kofi Kordzi” said Caleb Amankwa on Silver FM.
He said the reason he chose Kofi Kordzi as his toughest opponent is because he has all the qualities of a striker.
He also added he will be helping Kofi Kordzi who has now returned to Hearts of Oak to score a lot of goals because that’s his speciality.
Kordzi rejoined the league champions few days ago on a two-year-deal.
Both players will be hoping to help the Phobians as they prepare to do well in next season’s CAF Champions League.
Hearts will face Guinean side Cl Kamsar in the preliminary round of the competition next month with the first leg expected to take place in Guinea between 10-12 September with the return leg a week after.
