Coach Henry Lamptey Wellington has been named as an interim coach of Samartex FC, ghanasportspage.com can exclusively confirm.
The ex-Phobia tactician led Nzema Kotoko to finish fourth in zone II of the 2020/21 Division One League.
He is replacing Coach Kobina Amissah who mutually terminated his contract with the Samraboi-based club on Monday.
He joined Nzema Kotoko for his second stint, halfway of last season.
The management and supporters of the Zone 2 Division One side are hopeful their new guru will lead them to seek a qualification to the Premier League after losing out to Bibiani Gold Stars last season.
The former Hearts of Oak tactician joined Nzema Kotoko in 2019 for his first stint, and went on to manage 35 games, with 21 wins, 9 loses and 5 draws in all competitions.
