Coach Milovan names Black Stars starting lineup against Ethiopia

Coach Milovan Rajevac has named his starting line against Ethiopia in today’s Fifa World Cup 2022 qualifying match in South Africa.

Ghana started the campaign by defeating the Wallias Ibex of Ethiopia by a goal to nil in Group G at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium.

Ghana need to improve their performance and snatch the three points to revive their hope of qualifying.

Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey will miss the game after picking up a groin injury as well as assistant Bordeaux skipper Gideon Mensah who has also reported injured after PSG clash.

Goalkeeper Jojo Wallocot will maintain his place in the post whiles Andy Yiadom, Baba Iddrisu, Joseph Aidoo and Daniel Amartey will be in the heart of defense.

Ajax star Kudus Mohammed and Baba Iddrisu are expected to hold the midfield whiles Richmond Boakye Yiadom, Andre Ayew will lead the attack with Jordan Ayew and Kamaldeen Sulemana playing from wings.
