Accra Hearts of Oak have now gone four matches without a win in the Premier League after they were defeated by Ashanti Gold at the Obuasi Len Clay Sports Stadium by 2-0 scoreline.

The Phoobians have not won a game since picking a narrow win over WAC at the Accra Sports Stadium during the CAF Champions League play-offs first league.

Any hope of ending the unimpressive run on match day four was frustrated by AshantiGold. Yaw Annor and Abdul Salam shocked the reigning champions with two goals in the latter part of the game.

Interestingly, Kotoko is the only club who are yet to taste a defeat. The Porcupines picked 2-0 victory over Eleven Wonders at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium through prolific Isaac Oppong and Samuel Boateng.

In Accra, Dreams FC sold out a six-goal thriller as the two sides drew 3-3.

Fatawu Issahaku scored a brace with Philemon Baffour getting the other goal for Dreams while Maxwell Quaye also grabbed brace with Samuel Armah getting the leveller.

Accra Lions defeated Bechem United 2-1 in Accra with the goals coming from Rauf Salifu and Christopher Acheampong and Augustine Okrah with the consolation for Bechem United.

In Dormaa, Aduana Stars picked a massive 5-1 win over newbies RTU.

Elmina Sharks beat Gold Stars 2-1, while Legon Cities were held 2-2 at Sogakope with WAFA.

In Berekum, Atta Agyei guided Chelsea for first win in the season after trashing King Faisal by a goal to nil.

On Monday morning, Medeama SC belabored Karela United by 2-0 scoreline.
