Asante Kotoko extended their lead on the Ghana Premier League (GPL) table to 4 points clear ahead of second placed Aduana Stars after beating Medeama SC 1-0 in match week 14 on Sunday.
The Mauve and Yellow stretched coach Ogum’s side to the latter stages of the game as they pushed for to salvage a point for themselves, but a late strike from George Mfegue kept the Porcupine Warriors afloat.
