Former Kumasi Asante Kotoko goalkeeper, Felix Annan has described his former team-mate, Justice Blay, as a hardworking player following the midfielder’s return to the Porcupines.
Felix Annan and Justice Blay played a key role for Asante Kotoko in the Ghana Premier League before their departure.
Justice Blay spent the 2019/2020 season on loan at Kotoko where he became fans’ favorite following his terrifying performances.
In Annan’s opinion about Blay’s return to the Porcupines he said. “Blay is special. You know, when I say special is because for me I always say there are great players but is not everybody can succeed in Kotoko. You can have all the talent but you just need some kind of intensity to survive in Kotoko so Blay is someone who is a hardworking guy and you’ll see Blay in games and then he is amazing. His work rate, his determination, his focus are something else. He is a very jovial person but you know this is the kind of guy you will always wanna be around when it comes to the game you get more than 200percent of energy. He gives out everything so that’s why I will say if you want to succeed in Kotoko you’ll always have to give out your 200percent best and that’s what they have in Justice Blay.”
The 29-year-old re-joins the Porcupine Warriors on a two-year deal following the expiration of his contract.
