Ex-Newcastle and Ghanaian winger Christian Atsu has returned into an action after four months injury since October last year.
Atsu was involved in Al-Raed’s 1-1 draw with Al-Ettifaq in the round 19 of the Saudi Arabian top-flight league.
Atsu who was out in October after suffering knee injury came off the bench to play the last 22 minutes in Al Raed home game at the King Abdullah Sport City Stadium after replacing Saudi Arabian international Ahmed Zain.
Astu joined the Saudi Arabian giants on a free transfer last season from Newcastle United.
The ex-Chelsea winger has featured in 60 games for the Ghana Black Stars with ten goals.
