Accra Hearts of Oak defender Dennis Nkrumah-Korsah has been handed his maiden call up into the Black Stars squad that will face the Super Eagles of Nigeria in the 2022 FIFA World Cup play-offs on Friday, we can reliably confirm.
The former Ebusua Dwarfs left-back has been instrumental since joining Hearts of Oak in January this year, having won two consecutive Man of the Match awards in matches against Asante Kotoko and other big clubs in the premier league.
Korsah has been a force to reckon with for the Phobian family, and his exploits has earned him his maiden call up into the Black Stars. Korsah will join the camp of the Black Stars on Monday for their first training before their departure to Accra on Tuesday.
Black Stars interim coach Otto Addo is expected to name his squad for the game on Monday, March 21, 2022.
