The 2021/22 premier league is gradually getting to the business end of the season as the league enters week 23 this weekend with leaders Asante Kotoko hosting their city rivals King Faisal at the Baba Yara sports stadium on Sunday.
The match promises to be one of special interest to fans of both sides, considering the factors surrounding the fixture due as King Faisal has proved to be a thorn in the flesh of the Porcupine Warriors this season.
The ‘Insha Allah’ lads have beaten Asante Kotoko twice already this season; they defeated the Porcupine Warriors 3-2 in the first round of the league, handing Kotoko their first defeat in the league this season. They completed the double over their city rivals after knocking them out of the MTN FA Cup in the Round of 64.
Fans of both clubs and the sporting fraternity have now been made to know how much they would need to pay to secure for themselves a ticket to the stadium to enjoy the revenge looking game.
Seats behind the goalposts, usually referred to as the green and red seats or popular stand are selling at GH₵20 while those at the east and west wings of the stadium, usually known as the centre line are also selling at GH₵40.
The seats at the other wings are selling at GH₵50, but fans who would want a VIP treat would have to pay GH₵100 to secure for themselves any of the VIP seats.
