Defending champions of the premier league Accra Hearts of Oak have received good news to stir up morale in camp as star striker Isaac Mensah has been declared fit for selection for the club’s premier league week 28 fixture against Bechem United.
Mensah has been out of action for the Phobians after picking up groin injury in the club’s MTN FA Cup quarter final game against Skyy FC at the Accra sports stadium last month.
The former Inkoranza Warriors striker missed the league games against Accra Lions which Hearts of Oak won by 3-0, as well as the club’s 3-1 win over Dreams FC last weekend. The medical team of Hearts of Oak have passed him fit for selection and would be up to coach Samuel Boadu whether he starts him in the game against Bechem United on Sunday.
We gather, that Mensah has made the match day squad list for the trip to Bechem for the game on Sunday, and may get the nod to start against the Hunters.
