The Scientific Soccer Lads who won their first game against Ebusua Dwarfs were hoping to seal a placement in the GPL suffered a defeat courtesy of Isaac Mensah who scored the only goal to blow the race open.

They nearly levelled the game with a penalty but they were unlucky as it was squandered by William Oduro.
The last game between Dwarfs and Tamale City will come off on Monday, August 8.
