Newly-promoted Division One League side, Debibi United head coach, Mensah Logosu and Lion World Foundation donated bags of rice, drinks, toiletries, and 20 bags of sachet water to Weep Not Child Foundation Orphanage home at Nsawam-Ahwirease.
The founder of Lion World Group donated the items with the support from his friends and the members of the group on Saturday at exactly 3:00pm.
It is the aim of the head coach who prepared Kwaebibirem United to make a return into the Division One League last season to help the others together with the Lion World Group.
The ex-Tema Youth, Nsoatremang FC gaffer known as the ‘Lion Coach’ made name for himself after guiding the Tain-based second Division Side Debibi United FC to First Division after a crucial slim win over Techiman Liberty FC in the finals of Brong Ahafo Regional Second Division at Sunyani Liberation Barracks.
The experienced trainer joined the team after the 2020/21 season as the team as a replacement for Coach Kwame Peh Obour and Ampadu.
It is the first time a club from Tain/Banda Zone has qualified to play in the Ghana’s MTN FA Cup and the Division One League.
