Diawisie Taylor is reported to be the man Hearts of Oak wants to replace Daniel Afriyie Barnier.
The Black Stars forward is on his way out of the Accra-based club after two years as his contract expires on December 31.
However, a new report from the Phobians on Tuesday has claimed that Diawisie Taylor is one of the club’s main targets to replace the 21-year-old forward.
Taylor was in sensational form during the 2020/22 season for Karela United, emerging as the top-scorer of the GPL with 18 goals before joining Egyptian side, Future FC, formerly Coca-Cola FC.
He joined Karela in 2016 from Bibiani Goldstars going on to play 76 competitive league games and scoring 33 goals.
He was very influential in the set-up of the Anyinase-based club where he managed to provide 7 assists and won four ‘man-of-the-match titles, earning him a national team call-up under former Black Stars coach, CK Akonnor.
