Asante Kotoko coach Seydou Zerbo names his match squad to stop second-placed Bechem United

Asante Kotoko will shift their attention to the BetPawa Premier League as they host Bechem United at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in a midweek fixture after their FA Cup exit.

The game will also climax the much anticipated Fan festival.

The Porcupine Warriors are seven and two points behind the league leaders and Bechem United respectively.

A win will definitely be a necessity and help the holders to surpass Bechem United the second place.

They lost 2-0 to the Hunters when they met in the first round of the league.

This will be the third time Kotoko will face Bechem United this season, having eliminated them from the MTN FA Cup on penalties after playing out a 2-2 draw.

The Reds are unbeaten at home this season and will be hoping to extend it.

However, Coach Seydou Zerbo has announced his squad for the game.

Goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has returned after missing the FA Cup round of 16 clash against Aduana Stars. He was among the nine players who were absent on Sunday.
