Red-hot Kotoku Royals attacker, Francis Andy Kumi says he will name the current campaign as the best in his career if only he is able to help the Oda-based club to escape relegation.
Kumi has been one of the best attackers in the ongoing Ghana Premier League but it has been a difficult season for Kotoku Royals.
The Ghana Premier League newcomers currently sit at the bottom of the league table with 21 points after 25 matches.
After struggling with Asante Kotoko and Bechem United, Kumi has gorged himself on goals. The striker has thrived in the role, scoring 9 goals after joining the Royals in February.
When asked if he’ll name this season as the best in his career, he answered: “For now I will say no. It will be the best for me if only I am able to help Kotoku Royals to escape relegation and that’s my priority and my aim. It will be my biggest achievement if only I am able to do that,” Andy Kumi told Ghanasportspage.com.
