Accra Hearts of Oak have some huge away fixtures to play in race for the 2022-23 Ghana Premier League title.
They have just eight matches left to wrap up the season. The Rainbows will make a trip to play six of these fixtures away from the Accra Sports Stadium.
Hearts of Oak moved closer to the top spot after Sunday’s 2-1 victory over Nsoatreman FC. They are third on the league table with 42 points – five points adrift of leaders Aduana Stars.
Medeama SC, Bechem United and Asante Kotoko are all in the race for the league title. Coach David Ocloo must be able to manage his side well through this busy period to win the Premier League if only they want to compete in Africa.
A trip to the Ahafo Region will see the Rainbows facing Bechem United this weekend. The Hunters rank fourth on the league table with 41 points, just one point behind Hearts.
To win the league title, there will be some more suffering between now and the end of the campaign if the side are to make that dream a reality.
Below is Hearts of Oak’s last six fixtures of the season:
vs Bechem United
vs Tamale City
vs King Faisal
vs Samartex
vs Legon Cities
