Tamale City head coach Hamzah Mohammed has revealed what helped his side on Wednesday against Accra Hearts of Oak.
The Citizens produced an impressive performance to dismantle the Phobians with a 4-1 scoreline at home.
Speaking on his thoughts of Tamale City’s massive win over Hearts, Coach Hamzah Mohammed said: “Our tactics worked for us, we planned getting the early goals which worked perfectly for us. Is busiest as usual. I will tap up the good things from here and prepare for Sunday,” the gaffer told StarTimes.
The victory lifts Tamale City to 13th in the table after 28 games.
With seven games remaining to end the season, the club will try to solidify their place in the table.
Next stop, Tamale City will host Asante Kotoko at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, while Hearts of Oak travel to face King Faisal in Kumasi.
