Ghana Premier League giants, Accra Hearts of Oak are closing in on appointing a new head coach ahead of the upcoming season.
Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum was heavenly linked to the job before they turned to Annor Walker but the former Black Galaxies trainer is out of the race following his decision to re-join Great Olympics after parting ways with FC Samartex.
The Graphic Sports is reporting that the the Rainbows have received a significant interest from both local and foreign coaches, signaling the widespread appeal of coaching one of Ghana’s most prestigious clubs.
“The position is open to both local and foreign coaches, and some of them have submitted their CVs from Italy, Netherlands, and Nigeria, among others,” revealed the source, highlighting the global reach of Hearts of Oak’s search.
