Asante Kotoko recorded a 1-0 win against lower-tier side Future Stars on Sunday afternoon during a pre-season friendly match.
Sherif Mohammed scored the only goal of the game for the team coached by Prosper Narteh Ogum.
Kotoko travel to Sunyani next to take on Bofoakwa Tano , current winners of the Division One League Super Cup. The friendly game is slated for September 6th at the Coronation Park.
