The Hearts of Oak team had a walk on the streets of Tamale on Thursday morning ahead of their 2023/24 Ghana Premier League opener on Friday.
The Phobians are in the Northern region where they take on Real Tamale United at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium on Friday during the opening week of the Ghanaian championship.
Hearts of Oak were nearly relegated from the Ghanaian top-flight last season and this season , the team coached by expatriate trainer Martin Koopman has added significant number of new players such as Kassala Ramos , Kevin Osei Asibey , Michael Ampadu and Liventius Arthur.
The game against RTU kicks off 18 : 00 GMT on Friday and it will be telecast live on StarTimes.
