Medeama produced a big performance to defeat Horoya AC by 3-1 at the Cape Coast sports stadium on Sunday during the first leg of their CAF Champions League second round tie as the Guine side saw Ibrahima Conde Aminata sent off in the 57th minute.
Nana Kofi Babil put the Ghana champions ahead in the 48th minute before Nurudeen Abdulai and Kofi Asmah added more goals in the 65th and 69th minutes. The visitors , however , pulled a goal back in the 90th minute through Mohamed Lamine Fofana.
