Asante Kotoko Starting XI Against Legon Cities – Danlad benched again as Asare starts, Blay in action

Asante Kotoko Sporting Club have announced their starting lineup ahead of this afternoon’s clash against Legon Cities.

Coach Prosper Narteh Ogum will miss this meeting with Paa Kwasi Fabin’s side.

As confirmed by ghanasportspage.com in the morning, the Porcupine Warriors gaffer is currently taking part in the Ongoing FIFA/CAF Coach Education Pathway Course in Accra.

The FIFA/CAF Coach Education Pathway Course is focused on the development of home-grown coach educators.

Assistant manager David Ocloo will therefore lead the team for the 3:00 pm kick-off at the WAFA Park, Sogakope.

Goalkeeper Frederick Asare begins in goal for the Reds again this afternoon.

Nurudeen Yussif, Sheriff Mohammed, Ansu Henry and Richmond Lamptey will line up in defence while Eric Zeze partners Justice Blay and Enoch Morrison in midfield.

Kalou Ouattara and Steven Mukwala, meanwhile, are named in the starting XI alongside Enoch Morrison to lead the attack.
