Accra Great Olympics will host Asante Kotoko on Sunday at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium on Sunday in a week 15 clash in the Ghana Premier League.
The game was moved to the Ashanti Region due to the closure of Accra Sports Stadium by the National Sports Authority.
Great Olympics, who currently occupy the 12th position on the league are ready to stun the Kumasi-based club despite their challenges according to their communications director, Saint Osei.
“Strategically, I think we are going to beat Asante Kotoko at their own ground on Sunday. We are not afraid because Great Olympics is the only wonder club in the whole wide world. There’s no club that is wonder than us.
“We are not afraid of any club. Yes, we had one or two internal challenges which we are still resolving. I pray to God that things will be fine before the game against Kotoko. Even if we are not able to resolve it, we are still going to beat Kotoko,” Osei told Mothers FM.
Great Olympics come into this fixture on the back of successive defeats against Berekum Chelsea and Legon Cities, leaving them in 12th position on the log.
Despite their poor run of form, they have shown resilience in their performances and will hope to turn their fortunes around against Kotoko.
