The Head Coach for Berekum Chelsea, Christopher Ennin has admitted the performance of his players at home has not been the best so far.
Berekum Chelsea are currently 4th on the Ghana Premier League table with 27 points after 16 games. The team has played 8 games so far and have won 5, drawn 2 and lost 1. They have scored 8 goals at home this season.
However, Christopher Enin believes the team can do more at home considering the number of chances they create. His comments comes after his sides disappointing goalless draw against Bofoakwa Tano at the Golden City Park in match week 16 of the Ghana Premier League.
According to him, he needs to psyche the players to take their home games seriously.
“That is why we are here as coaches. Sometimes the way you see them play away, you don’t get it the same here at home. I don’t really know the problem. It seems we play under pressure and I need to psyche them and let them know that we need to play with confidence at home and get our points.” He said.
In match day 17, Berekum Chelsea will travel and play against bottom-placed Hearts of Lions.
