Ghana Premier League 2023/24 second-round action takes place this weekend, and Asante Kotoko travels to Kpando to battle with Heart of Lions on Sunday, 24th February 2024.
Asante Kotoko coach Dr Prosper Narteh Ogum has assembled a 20-man squad for Kpando trip against Heart of Lions on Sunday
Coach Ogum, other technical members and players travelled without Baba Yahaya, Georges Mfegue, Shadrack Addo, Julius Ofori Ziggy, Prince Adesa, Nana Benyin Amoah and team captain Danlad Ibrahim
But Isaac Oppong, Kalo Ouattara, Henry Ansu, Benard Somuah, and Richmond Opoku Lamptey included Ogum’s squad for Kpando Heart Of Lions tie on Sunday.
Kotoko is currently in the 3rd position with 29 points whilst Heart of Lions stays the bottom of the League log with just 15 points.
Kotoko is entering the game with a massive booster after winning the Kufuor Cup last Sunday. Lions will host the Porcupine Warriors at the Kpando Park on Sunday, 24th February 2024, in the Ghana Premier League matchday 18.
The game is set to kick off at 15:00GMT and will be live on StarTimes Adepa TV channel.
