Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara names a 20-man squad for Nsoatre trip

Accra Hearts of Oak has traveled to Nsoatre to face Nsoatreman FC at the Nana Konamansah Park on Sunday, 4th March 2024.

The new coach Aboubakar Ouattara had named a 20-man squad for the clash against Nsoatreman FC in the Ghana Premier League Matchday 19.

Hearts of Oak who have kept three clean sheets in the last three League games will go into the fixture on the back of a 3-0 win over Real Tamale United in Accra last week.

Nsoatreman FC sits in 3rd place in the League table with 30 points, having won 2 and suffered 3 defeats in their last 5 games. The Nsoatre lads have recorded 19 points, scored 9 and conceded 1 goal at home and are the side with the least number of goals conceded at home this season and ranks among the top 4 teams with most points accumulated at home.

Accra Hearts of Oak are 9th in the league table with 24 points after Matchday 18, having won 2, drawn 2 and lost 1 in their last 5 games.

The Phobians have not been clinical on the road after recording only 1 win – picked 5 draws and suffered 2 losses in the process – they scored 5 and conceded 7 goals in 7 away matches.

New coach Aboubakar Ouattara will hope to maintain his winning start after smashing three past Real Tamale United in his first game in charge.
