Togbe Afede XIV, Board Chairman of Hearts of Oak, provides insights into the advancement of the Kpobiman infrastructure project during the club’s 6th Annual General Meeting held in Accra.
His Royal Majesty highlights significant progress in the construction, revealing that the first phase of the Hearts Africa Sports Academy is nearing completion, with approximately 80% of the project accomplished.
“The first phase is about 80% complete. Among others, this first phase of the Hearts Africa Sports Academy comprises the following: executive apartments, dormitories; administrative, classroom blocks; kitchen and dining block; gym, laundry and changing/shower blocks; four (4) football pitches; tennis, basketball and volleyball courts. More than GH 22 million has been invested as at the end of 2023.” – Board Chairman Togbe Afede XIV.
Looking ahead, Togbe Afede outlines plans for the second phase of development, which will feature the construction of an 80-room hotel alongside additional amenities.
