Brace from Hamzah Issah and Salim Adams spectacular strike saw Hearts of Oak return to winning ways, beating Karela United 3-1 in Accra.
Dafie Humin Mohammed had given the visitors an early lead before Hamza Issah’s 10th goal of the GPL season levelled the scores.
However, Hearts of Oak’s pressure eventually paid off as Salim Adams came off the bench to score with a long-range effort in the 63rd minute to put his side ahead.
In the 90th minute, Hamza Issah registered his second goal in the game from the spot as Hearts of Oak cemented the win over Abukari Damba’s side.
The win lifts Hearts of Oak to 10 position on the league table with 35 points.
