Accra Hearts of coach Aboubakar Ouattara has named a 20-man squad to face Legon Cities on Saturday, 20th April, 2024.
Legon Cities will host Hearts of Oak at the Theatre of Dreams in Dawu for a battle of epic proportions on matchday-27 of the Ghana Premier League tomorrow.
The coach seems to maintain the previous squad but has dropped the key midfielder, Glid Otanga, due to yellow card accumulation, which does not qualify him to play against the Royals.
The Accra giants have recorded 35 points from 26 games and lie 9th on the league table.
Meanwhile, the Royals are unbeaten in their last 8 home league games heading into this fixture in Dawu on Saturday.
Aboubakar Ouattara’s 20-man squad will see some key players like Linda Mtange, Ibrahim Salifu, Yaw Baafi, Kofi Agbesimah, Micheal Ampadu, Enock Asubonteng, Kassim Cisse, Denis Korsah Thomas Winimi and others are all fit and available for selection.
But the coach has found a prolific midfielder to replace Glid Otanga ahead of the game.
The Phobians got back to winning ways last weekend, recording a comeback 3-1 win over Karela United at the Accra Sports Stadium to jump to 9th on the league table.
