Former Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak defender, Samuel Inkoom, has delivered a stirring message of support to Dreams FC as they brace for the second leg of the CAF Confederation Cup semifinals against Zamalek.
Following a resilient goalless draw against the Egyptian powerhouse at the Cairo International Stadium, Dreams FC is preparing for a pivotal encounter at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
Speaking on Maakye Sports, Inkoom rallied Ghanaian football enthusiasts to throw their weight behind Dreams FC in their historic campaign.
“This is the time Ghanaians have to support Dreams FC,” Inkoom emphasized, stressing the importance of national solidarity for the Ghanaian representatives.
Inkoom advised Dreams FC to maintain composure, foster positivity, and approach the match with a winning mindset.
“Zamalek can be beaten. They can lose but all will depend on the mindset they take to the game,” he advised.
Despite Zamalek’s imposing stature, he expressed confidence that victory is within reach with the right approach and determination.
“They should stay calm, be positive, and I think they can get the results,” Inkoom remarked, fueling optimism within Dreams FC’s camp.
With excitement mounting for the crucial showdown, Dreams FC aims to leverage their home advantage and clinch a landmark triumph over the five-time African champions.
The highly anticipated second leg clash between Dreams FC and Zamalek is slated for Sunday, April 28, at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium.
