Asante Kotoko coach Prosper Narteh Ogum has been boosted by the return of versatile midfielder Michael Kyei Dwamena. Michael picked up a knock in an away game against Karela United, going down in pain in the additional minutes of the second half after receiving a bad tackle from Karela’s Abdul Latif.
The midfielder has since been out, missing eight games on the sidelines. The midfield force finally joined full team training after weeks of individual sessions at Adako Jachie.
His return is a huge boost as it will help our quest to finish the season in the top half of the table with six games remaining.
Kyei will be in contention for selection for the visit of Legon Cities at the Baba Yara Stadium on Sunday as the team prepares ahead of that encounter.
