Rahim Ayew has expressed appreciation to Maha Ayew, the mother of Andre Ayew and Jordan Ayew on the occasion of this year’s Mother’s Day celebration.

“Aside my mum [Azara], Maha has done a lot for me. I didn’t experience any difficulties having a step mother. She stands with me in my down times. She guided me through my education. Words cannot express what she has done for me.
“She took me as her son. I didn’t lack anything. She always visit me when I was in school. I had two mothers who were paying me visits in school. [One from Tamale and one from Accra]. She often comes along with Andre and Jordan whenever she returns from Europe. I didn’t face any difficulties and I thank God for that.
“Words cannot express how much I love them and I always thank them for the support, what they are still doing and their prayers. They know how much I love them,” Rahim stated in interview with Accra-based Mothers FM.
