Hearts of Oak is gearing up to take on Heart of Lions in the upcoming 2024 Gbese Mantse Homowo Peace Charity Cup, a friendly match held in celebration ofHomowo festival.
The match, scheduled for Sunday, August 11, 2024, at the Accra Sports Stadium, aims to promote peace and unity within the community.
After last year’s cancellation, organizers are determined to make this year’s event a success.
The match will see two Ghanaian football giants battle it out for a good cause, with a press launch set for Tuesday, July 23, at the Gbese Mantse’s palace in Accra.
Hearts of Oak will be looking to bounce back from their recent defeat in the Democracy Cup and make a strong impression in the Gbese Mantse Homowo Peace Charity Cup.
