GPL MD2: Hearts of Oak arrive Kpando with 21-man squad

Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara has named a 21-man squad for their away fixture against Heart of Lions at the Kpando Sports Stadium in the second round of the 2024/25 Ghana Premier League season.

The Phobians will be hoping to secure a vital victory as they aim to build momentum after a mixed start to the season. Led by goalkeeper Benjamin Asare and defender Kwesi Nketia, the squad features a strong blend of youth and experience.

Key players such as center-back Konadu Yiadom, Samuel Amofa, and Salim Adams have all been included in the squad. The midfield will be anchored by the likes of Mawuli Wayo, who is expected to play a pivotal role in controlling the game for Hearts.
