Michael Ampadu returns, Baafi, Yiadom, Aziz Nurudeen dropped as Coach Ouattara names 22-man squad to face Nations FC today

Accra Hearts of Oak coach Aboubakar Ouattara has named a 22-man squad for Ghana Premier League matchday 4 fixture against Nations FC today.

Nations FC, coming off their first win of the season, will host Hearts of Oak at the Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex in Abrankese this Sunday at 15:00GMT.

Both teams are eager to build on much-needed victories following challenging starts to their respective Ghana Premier League campaigns.

Nations FC secured a hard-fought 2-1 win over Aduana FC in Dormaa, a notoriously difficult venue, which ended a run of two consecutive draws.

Now sitting in 5th place on the league table, Nations FC aims to continue their solid home form, where they remain unbeaten in their last 18 league matches.

On the other hand, Hearts of Oak, currently positioned 11th on the league table and will enter this match buoyed by a 2-0 victory over Bechem United their first of the season following two consecutive defeats.

The pressure had been mounting on coach Aboubakar Ouattara, but the Phobians delivered a much-needed performance.
