Medeama Sporting Club will host Congolese giants TP Mazembe in the preliminary round of the CAF Champions League at the Tarkwa and Aboso Stadium this afternoon.
The game marks a historic occasion for Medeama, as the club prepares to host a continental competition on home soil in Tarkwa for the first time since its establishment.
Medeama will face a familiar opponent in TP Mazembe, having met the Congolese giants 10 years ago. On that occasion, both teams recorded home victories in the two-legged tie.
Kick-off is scheduled for 3:00 PM at the Tarkwa and Aboso Stadium (TnA Stadium) in Tarkwa.
