Asante Kotoko coach Eric Tinkler and his technical team have safely arrived in Samreboi with a 20-man squad to battle with FC Samartex in the Ghana Premier League matchday 3 fixture.
FC Samartex 1996 will put their 100 percent start to the season on the line when they welcome Asante Kotoko to the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
The Timber Giants have won both of their opening matches, including a 1-0 away victory over Aduana FC, and are enjoying a four-match winning run at home.
They will be aiming to maintain that momentum against a Kotoko side that also began the campaign positively.
The Porcupine Warriors recorded a 2-1 home victory over Heart of Lions last weekend and are unbeaten in their last three matches across all competitions.
However, their recent away league record has been less impressive, with just one win from their last ten outings.
