The ultramodern secretariat of Hearts of Oak in Accra nears completion.
Board chairman of the club, Togbe Afede XIV hinted that they hope to complete the new secretariat by November 2022 during a short but colourful ceremony in May.
The Premier League giants pulled down their old secretariat to make room for the construction of an ultramodern office complex.
The Phobians have operated from their office at Asylum Down in Accra for many years before they planned to upgrade the facility.
This comes after Hearts recently commissioned an ultramodern commercial centre as part of efforts to give the club’s structures an uplift.
Just after four months, the leadership of the club have done a massive job as the construction of the new secretariat nears completion.
