Abdul Aziz Nurudeen has signed a contract extension with Hearts of Oak that will keep him at the Accra-based club until 2025.
Nurudeen, who has been out from the pitch this season due to injury will remain as Hearts of Oak player for three more years.
He joined Hearts in January 2020 from Vision FC on a long term deal.
After becoming one of the best midfielders in the league, Nurudeen was sidelined from the team’s squad ahead of the 2022/23 season due to injury.
He was flown to South Africa to undergo surgery in a bid to make a return to action soon. Nurudeen is hoping to make a quick return to action before the season ends.
The midfielder was a member of the Ghana national under-23 football team in 2019. In November 2019, he was selected to be part of the team ahead of the 2019 Africa U-23 Cup of Nations in Egypt. He featured in two matches during the tournament.
