During the meeting the Executive Board Chairman, Togbe Afede XIV and other Board members including Dr. Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe briefed the stakeholders on the important strategic direction of the club and other matters of interest which included player recruitment, Pobiman Sports Academy, New office building (Phobia House), update on the technical team, Auroras, Royal Oaks and Oaks FC.

They also advised the stakeholders to remain united, forge ahead and seek the common interest of the club by supporting the good initiatives introduced by the Board which will become the catalyst for guiding the club to win both local and continental laurels and subsequently gaining pre-eminence.
Members were also advised to desist from spreading any form of negative information on the club so not to dent the image and the brand Hearts of Oak.
