The junior national men’s team, Black Starlets have landed with few days to commencement of U-17 Africa Cup of Nations.
The team alongside technical and management team arrived safely and wasted no time to kick start preparation for the tournament. On Monday, upon arrival held their first training with all focus, on the prestigious youth team tournament.
No injury concerns with the team as all fully fit and getting acclimatized with the weather in the North.
The Black Starlets, also participated in the mandatory Team Arrival Meeting organised by tournament officials in the capital of Morocco.
The session focused on key aspects of the competition, including the organisational structure of the tournament, rules and regulations, marketing protocols, digital media activities, and the conduct expected of team officials throughout the championship.
The meeting also provided participating teams with important operational guidelines as the countdown to the start of the tournament continues.
Coach Prosper Nartey Ogum and his lads, remain fully focused on making a strong impression and securing qualification to the FIFA U17 World Cup later this year.
