The Executive Council of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has named a seven-member Committee to take charge of the Women’s Premier League management.
At a meeting held on Wednesday in Accra between the GFA Executive Committee and and the Women premier league clubs, president of the GFA Kurt E. S. Okraku announced the names of the Women’s League Committee to the league clubs as the FA prepares the grounds for the 2019/2020 league season.
Ms Hillary Boateng, an HR Consultant has been appointed the chairperson of the committee with women football enthusiast and journalist Rosalind Amoh as the Vice Chairperson.
Other members of the newly formed committee are renowned broadcast journalist Nana Aba Anamoah, Madam Cleaopatria Nsia and Jerry Dogbatse.
To ensure clubs involvement in the management of the league, the FA asked the women league clubs to nominate two representatives from the northern and southern zones of the Women’s League to complete the seven-member committee.
