The ranking of the best European scorers in the form of a top 10 with honorable mentions. The rules are simple, only the goals scored in the league are counted.

The players are separated in the event of a tie by the number of matches played and then by the number of minutes played.

The first 12 championships in the UEFA ranking are thus concerned, namely Spain, England, Germany, Italy, France, Portugal, Russia, Belgium, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Turkey, and Austria. And for this 21st record of the season, it is, again and again, Robert Lewandowski who is in the lead.

This Saturday against Werder Bremen (3-1 victory), the Pole scored a new goal. He has 32 goals in 24 matches this season in the Bundesliga.

Just behind him is the Nigerian Paul Onuachu who is in second place. Consistent in performance, the Genk player scored yesterday, but it was in the semi-final of the Belgian Cup against Anderlecht (2-1 victory).

He will therefore have to wait another week to replay in the Jupiler Pro League. In the meantime, he keeps in shape and his record of 25 goals in 29 matches remains convincing. The podium is then completed by Georgios Giakoumakis.

Despite another defeat of his team yesterday against Fortuna Sittard (3-1), the Greek striker of VVV Venlo remains on an incredible dynamic. Author of 24 goals in 24 league matches, he remains in ambush for second place. However, someone comes up hard on their heels.

Cristiano Ronaldo goes back at full speed

Eliminated from the Champions League with Juventus, Cristiano Ronaldo took revenge against Cagliari (3-1) in the league. Author of a resounding hat-trick, the Portuguese comes in fourth with 23 goals in 23 matches. At 36, the five-time Ballon d’Or is still at the top. A Frenchman comes in fifth place. Thomas Henry has 20 goals in 27 matches.

Not having played this weekend with Louvain, he finds the field next Sunday against Mechelen, but in the meantime, he remains blocked.

Zambian striker Patson Daka is in sixth place thanks to a new goal against Admira (3-1 victory). The Salzburg player has scored 19 goals in 17 appearances and is ahead of his former teammate Erling Braut Håland. Seventh, the Norwegian does did not score this weekend with Dortmund against Hertha Berlin (2-0 victory). However, he is blessed with good statistics with 19 goals in 20 matches.

Portugal’s André Silva comes in eighth with 19 goals in 23 matches. However against RB Leipzig yesterday (1-1), the player of Eintracht Frankfurt remained without a solution.

Playing tonight, Lionel Messi will try to improve his performance against Huesca. While waiting for the Argentine, arrives in ninth place. Finally, Romelu Lukaku is tenth with 19 goals in 26 matches.

The Belgian striker scored again this Sunday against Torino (2-1). Luis Suarez (Atlético de Madrid), Aaron Boupendza (Hatayspor) and Kylian Mbappé (Paris Saint-Germain) fail at the gates of the top 10 with 18 goals. Mohamed Salah (Liverpool) and Gianni Bruno (Zulte Waregem) are in ambush with 17 goals. Luis Muriel (Atalanta), Harry Kane (Tottenham),
