Asante Kotoko are on the verge of securing a juicy sponsorship deal with leading cement company in Ghana, Ghacem, according to reports.
Nana aw Amponsah has vowed to bring on board a lot of sponsorship to help the club be financially stable – with many expected to be announced next month.
His vision is to establish the club to be among one of the best on the continent.
Kotoko presently has sponsorship and partnership deals with the likes of Hisense, GOIL, Ceek, Ticketlake, StarLife Assurance and Star Assurance, Adonko Next Level Energy Drink, VEO, InStat Sport, Errea, Cedar Point Pharmacy and soon GHACEM will join the sponsorship train.
Ghacem Limited marked a major turning point in Ghana’s development. Ghacem was founded by the Government of Ghana in collaboration with Norcem AS of Norway.
The company was established in 1967, and has played an important role of building Ghana through more than 50 years. Ghacem has two cement grinding plants in Tema and Takoradi, and a network of sales offices and depots throughout the country.
