The senior national soccer team, the Black of Ghana has arrived in Cape Coast to start preparations ahead of the game against Madagascar on Wednesday.
Players, the technical team, and the management have all reported in Cape Coast.
The team was camped in Alisa Hotel in Accra before jetting off to the match venue for the national assignment.
We reported to you that the captain of the team Andre Dede Ayew together with his junior brother Jordan Ayew are among the contingents led by Coach Otto Addo for the upcoming AFCON qualifiers against Madagascar and the Central African Republic.
Andre Ayew missed Ghana’s World Cup qualifier play-offs doubleheader against Nigeria following the red card he received during the AFCON in Cameroon.
The two local players Daniel Afriyie Barnieh and Bechem United’s Augustine Okrah have linked up with the foreign-based players at the camp.
Also, Mubarak Wakaso who is yet to kick a ball for almost seven months for both club and country has arrived at the venue to commence preparations alongside Mohammed Kudus who missed the AFCON due to injury.
Ghana will play Madagascar on Wednesday 1st June 2022 and compete against the Central African Republic four days later as an away fixture.
