Berekum Arsenals FC protested against BA United FC for failing to pay affiliation fees of GHc2,500 to the Ghana Football Association before playing their Matchday 16 Division One League match between the two clubs at the Sunyani Coronation
park.

Berekum Arsenals FC stated that BA United FC failed to pay the GFA affiliation fee which qualifies them to be part of the GFA and to play in the Division One League.

That an amount of Five Thousand Ghana Cedis (GH¢5,000.00) is hereby imposed on Berekum Arsenals FC for filing a frivolous protest. The said amount is payable to the GFA within 14 days upon receipt of this Ruling, failing which Berekum Arsenals FC shall forfeit their subsequent matches after the said deadline.
