Exclusive: Hearts of Oak leaves for Morocco Today with a 24-man squad ahead of CL 2nd leg against Wydad AC


Accra Hearts of Oak will depart Ghana for Morocco on Thursday ahead of their Champions League last round of preliminary qualifiers second leg against Wydad Athletic Club.

A contingent of 43 will make the trip to Morocco, which includes 24 players, 7 technical staff, some management members, and team photographers. The leader of the delegation is GFA executive member Dr. Randy Abbey. A total of 43 or 44 Contingent will fly out of Ghana today 21st October 2021 with an Emirate airline, Ghanasportspage.com can confirm.

The team will depart from the nation’s Capital Accra today at exactly 5:00 pm with Emirate Airlines.

Hearts lead 1-0 on aggregate after securing a the slim victory last Sunday at the Accra Sports Stadium.
