Bechem United defender Emmanuel Asante has fired a warning to his former club ahead of their outstanding Ghana Premier League encounter in Obuasi tomorrow.
The GPL matchday 16 was rescheduled for tomorrow Wednesday, April 7th, as a result of a heavy downpour at the Accra Sports Stadium in the first round of the competition.
“Tomorrow is not going to be easy for Asante Kotoko against us at Obuasi, we are very well prepared and determine to conquer them”, he stated.
According to the left-back, their history over Liberty Professionals has motivated them well enough ahead of the Kotoko game.
“I tell you, our win against Liberty Professionals last Sunday has prepared us well enough for this game”, he said that in an interview with the club’s media. “I believe with the support of our fans, we will move forward and probably be in the top 4 teams”.
Bechem United are currently 7th on the league log with 27 points and the defender believes with the support of their fans, the club will be in the top 4.
